You are part of that equation — and the most important part. Without providers who deliver, Ruke is just an app. With you, it is a service people recommend to others.
Every provider in the Ruke community receives the same — no exceptions, no favourites.
Fixed hourly rate, regardless of the job type or client. Cleaning, ironing, laundry — the same rate for everything.
We aim to pay within 48 business hours of job completion. No invoices, no chasing, no admin.
You don't find clients. You don't negotiate prices. You don't explain what you do. Ruke handles all of that.
Every job is documented with a photo protocol. If something goes wrong with a client — Ruke stands behind you.
Every job builds your profile. Clients rate — and good ratings bring more work and priority scheduling.
You know when you work, where you work, what to expect. All information is given in advance — no surprises.
There is one principle that makes the whole system work — and we do not deviate from it.
All communication between you and the client goes through Ruke. Not out of control or distrust — but because it is the only way Ruke can guarantee your protection and guarantee the standard for clients.
In practice: you do not receive — and do not ask for — the client's phone number or email. The property address, entry instructions, job details — all of that comes from Ruke before you arrive.
If a client asks whether you can come directly next time, without Ruke — the answer is simple and honest: you cannot.
Ruke is not an agency that rents you out. Ruke is a community of providers who share the same standards and the same reputation.

There is one form of breach we do not tolerate in any form, without exception.
A provider who begins working for Ruke clients outside the platform — works against the community they belong to. There is no financial penalty for this. There is no lawsuit. There is only one thing: permanent and immediate removal from the platform.
Ruke reserves the absolute right to remove any provider from the platform, at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to provide an explanation.
If we learn — directly or indirectly — that a provider is serving Ruke clients outside our platform: access is revoked immediately and permanently.
No appeals process. No negotiation. No second chance.
Because a community that tolerates violation of its own foundations — ceases to be a community.
This is not a threat or persuasion — it is mathematics. Suppose a client suggests you visit them directly, without Ruke. What does that mean in practice?
Our model is fair. And when you see those numbers, we hope you conclude for yourself that staying within the community is the only sensible choice.
